Sometimes it is difficult to agree on a time for remote connection. There is a possibility to solve it by granting the constant access by Anydesk with a password without the need to manually approve the connection request from your side.

  1. Ensure power supply and good stable internet connection in case of laptop

  2. Disable sleep mode on your PC



  3. Disable Windows Account Password, or provide it to a Trassir specialist



  4. Navigate to https://anydesk.com/en-au and download the Anydesk Software
  5. Execute

  6. Install the software on your PC.

     Using portable mode will not help since it is blocking some important functions.

  7. Open Anydesk, navigate to the top right corner to access the settings:

  8. Set a password:


  9. Grant Full Access while choosing the password and Permission Profile (expand the section):


  10. Optional - disable the notification about changes on PC:

Done! Now you can provide the Anydesk ID and leave the PC for a technical specialist.
After the work is done:

  1. Close the Anydesk application via Windows tray menu
  2. Set back/Change your Windows account password
  3. Return back the Sleep mode, if needed
