Problem

When adding a new Hikvision or HiWatch IP device to the TRASSIR software, in the connection settings, the indicator status shows "Connected", but the current statistics do not show the FPS and kB/s values, and the channel displays "No connection

Solution

Log in to the web interface of the device

Go to Settings -> Security -> Authorization

Set the "RTSP Authorization" parameter - digest/basic 

Click "Save"

Go to Settings -> Security ->IP Filter

Uncheck the "Enable IP address filter" option

Click "Save"

Go to Settings -> Security →Security Service

Uncheck the option "Enabling illegal entry blocking"

Click "Save"


Go to Settings -> Network -> Add. Settings -> Access Platforms

Uncheck the "Enable" option

Click "Save"

This is especially true for recorders.
