Using the factory reset button
Some models of ActiveCam and TRASSIR cameras have a reset button.

To reset the IP camera settings to factory settings using the button:
1. Power up the camera.
2. Press and hold the RESET button for 10 seconds.
3. Release the button, and the camera will reboot.
4. Try to connect to the IP camera
Launch the browser and try to connect to the IP camera. To do this, enter in the address
bar http://192.168.1.188 and press Enter.
To access the web interface, enter the user name and password
To connect to an IP camera, the PC must be on the same LAN as the camera.
Example of computer network settings:
- IP address: 192.168.1.10
- Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0.

Remote reset by a technical support specialist
To reset the password on these cameras, you may need to send access to them via your router to the Internet. This requires a white ip address.

If the camera belongs , it is necessary to make a connection to the external network of ports 80 and 6000.
Port forwarding 6000 must be done symmetrically (6000 –> 6000)
After successful port forwarding, send a password reset request to technical support by email reset@trassir.com
indicating the camera model, external ip address and matching ports for connection.
