There are two main options for the AutoTRASSIR license plate recognition system:
Software (AutoTRASSIR_slow, AutoTRASSIR_fast) - the recognition is performed by the module built into the TRASSIR software. The modules use video server resources for their work.
Hardware (AutoTRASSIR HW) - the recognition is performed by the built-in software of the video camera. In this case, no additional video server resources are required.

Other cameras of Hikvision and Dahua brands have a possibility to work in Trassir if added by the Autodetect method . But the pre-testing is required - it could be done easily using Trassir Windows Server and/or Demo License with the corresponding temporary license (AutoTRASSIR_HW), which you can request from your manager in Trassir, or you can make us a ticket using the Link.
